About Kevin Storti
Kevin graduated
from Reading Memorial High School in 1975, and started working in
the sporting goods business on September 12, 1979. For ten
years he worked for Herman's Sporting Goods as a full time sales
person, and he worked his way up to managing three Boston and
surrounding suburb stores that generated two to five million
dollars. Kevin then took a year off in 1985 and 1986, summer
to summer, and pursued a golf career, amateur status. He then
continued working for Herman's until 1989. After that Kevin
worked for two years at REI Incorporated located in Reading,
Massachusetts. At REI, he took on the responsibility as the
Assistant Manager of the twelve million dollar store and sixty
employees.
On June 26, 1992,
Legends Sporting Goods was started. Legends, which is
conveniently located in Acton, Massachusetts, is going on its
seventeenth year. Kevin currently still plays ice hockey, and
in high school he played baseball. Kevin has attended and
given many product seminars on a variety of sports.
